Job requests:
- Recruitment and selection of the personnel
- Responsible for the integration of the new employees in the company
- Filling in and reviewing job descriptions
- Training organization (both internal and external): identifying training needs, developing training materials, logistics organization
- Identifying performance indicators for all the departments and participate in the development of the evaluation process of the personnel.
Studies:
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
Competences:
- English language – advanced level
- PC skills (especially Microsoft Office) – advanced level
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Multitask handling abilities
- Willingness to work in industrial environment
- HR experience represents an advantage.
