Job requests:
- Coordinate the Quality Control Department
- Propose development actions regarding the quality of the process
- Collaborate with the Production, Engineering and Operational Departments to help improve processes
- Handle claim issues
- Oversee and champion the Corrective Action System
- Monitor, evaluate and assign corrective actions to appropriate departments
- Verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions.

Studies:  
- University level

Competences:

- Experience in quality control objective achievement programmes
- Knowledge of analytic tools usage
- Familiar with quality control implementation/assuring measures
- Experience in people management – strong leadership skills
- Open to development, self learning character, rational thinking
- English language– advanced level
- Experience in using basic measurement tools
- Resistance to stress
- Difficult to be influenced by others
- Attention to details.
